Wonderful experience there. Clean and spectacular place. A huge variety of amazing food at breakfast time. Nicely furnished units with a great view, sheets shorter, for instance, attentive employees. Magnificent location to get to a museum and a tower located near the hotel.

the bar man was pleasant

large room in 80s decor, frayed and worn out towels. stark cold and unpleasant wallpaper peeling off the walls . shower unable to be used in fixed position. no mini bar fridge, no tea or coffee making old tv and poor painting and met by the owners large growling dog. would not revisit

Nicely furnished room, average sized, with a large bathroom. Location close to a hill with amazing views all around and Black Forest museums and sights and good restaurants.

No elevator at all.

The beautiful room was spacious, with a tv, minibar, and private bathroom with free toiletries. The breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The playground was perfect for kids, and the view from the hotel overlooking the valley was very nice. The location in the forest added to the magical atmosphere.
